1.SiC Heating element
Product Description
The silicon carbide heating element is a kind of non-metal high temperature electric heating element. It is made of selected super quality green silicon carbide as main material, which is made into blank silicided under high temperature and re-crystallized.Compared with metal electric heating element, this kind of element is characterized by high ?applied temperature,anti-corrosion,long service life, little deformation, easy installation and maintenance.
Product Feature
We adopt new production process for cold ends,so our SiC heating elements have excellent specific rate of heat zone resistance and cold end resistance, saving energy, long life, avoiding over-temperature of cold ends to damage the surface body.
Product Specification/Models
Types of SiC heating elements are divided into rod type element, U type elements, W (three phase) type elements, SC(single spiral) type elements,SCR (double spiral) type elements,UX (slot) type elements.
Application
SiC heating elements are widely used in various high temperature electric furnaces and other electric heting devices, such as in the industries of magnet, ceramics, powder metallurgy, glass, metallurgy and machinery, etc
2.MoSi2 heating element
Product Description
MoSi2 Heating Element is a kind of resistance heating element basically made of high pure Molybdenum Disilicide. In oxidizing atmosphere,on the surface of MoSi2 element owing to the high-temperature combustion a layer of compact quartz protective film is formed to prevent MoSi2 from continuously oxidizing .In oxidizing atmosphere, its Max temperature can reach 1800°C, and its applicable temperature is 500-1800°C.
Product Feature
Long life, stable quanlity are our main feature.
Product Specification/Models
The shape can be divided into I type,U type,W type and L type. Also it has 1700 grade and 1800 grade.
Application
MoSi2 heating elements can be widely used in such applications as sintering and heat treatment on ceramics, magnet, glass, metallurgy, refractory, etc.
